The interview was overall a smooth process with 3 interviews. Started with a general discussion with HR to go over the resume and check if my profile aligns with the open position and how I feel about the company's values. This was followed up by Tech interview which was more scenario based questions to see how a professional reacts to everyday situations in the world of consulting. And finally, it was an interview with the state manager to discuss what I'm looking for in a new job. By the end of the interview, I already knew that I should be expecting an offer. The people were really respectful and clear and straight forward with their expectations throughout the process. They do not like to make people wait to know the results and hence, the process was done within a week.
