The interview process was straightforward. I interviewed for 4 different sales positions with various divisions. Each time I had 3 to 4 interviews with the same result-they I hired an internal candidate each time. They believe strongly in promoting from within the organization which makes it very difficult to get your foot in the door.

1. Contacted by recruiter --> screening call 2. Met with Director 3. Met with VP 4. Met with potential colleague 5. Met with potential team member Rejected. Over 5 hours of interviews, lots of great feedback, only to be met with a "someone else with a little more experience was chosen", with no other feedback provided. --- Applied to another position, emailed by recruiter to set up a time to talk for screening call, responded, recruiter ghosted, then sent automated email to say they're no longer interested.

Had an internal recruiter from CHG reach out to me about an available sales position for their Wetherby Division. We scheduled a virtual interview but she never followed up with a zoom or conferencing email.
