It is actually a series of interviews, starting with introductions of both yourself and the company, over to discussing some part of your previous work and then to a few technical interviews. All are designed to get to know you and determine how good a fit you are. In previous work interview, a specific thing was selected and I was given the opportunity to really dive deep and explain all the things I did or did not do or was prevented from doing. The more information the better. Good and bad stuff. The point was to see how deep I can go and how I deal with various aspects of work, technical / political / personal. Technical interviews are not that hard. Architecture one was interesting. Was given a problem to work on that seemed simple in the beginning but with change of requirements (again, the idea is to see how I deal with change) it soon became quite nice scaling problem. Had a good time there!
