First received a phone interview from the HR department, followed by a phone interview by the VP of Operations where he scheduled me for a 1 on 1 interview with him. Standard personality/behavioral as well as work experience questions. The HR department is very good at keeping in contact with you through the whole process.

Had an awkward Skype interview with a lady that was trying to seem tough and made me think I was a bad candidate. A week later I met with several people individually, including the president. Took about a week to find out I was hired after the 2nd interview.
