I applied online back in February and nearly a month later I got an email from HR inviting me to come for an interview. I was out of state at the time and planning on moving back to Tampa, so I interviewed using GoToMeeting. About two weeks later I got another email saying they decided to "pursue other candidates". Sometime after that, the job was reposted/reclassifed as "IT Support Specialist/ Jr SysAdmin". It is still open as of today, nearly five months after I originally applied.

First received a phone interview from the HR department, followed by a phone interview by the VP of Operations where he scheduled me for a 1 on 1 interview with him. Standard personality/behavioral as well as work experience questions. The HR department is very good at keeping in contact with you through the whole process.
