Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 3 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela COTA (Boston, MA) em set. de 2018
Entrevista
Multi-tiered and very hands on, involving code homework as well as white boarding and algorithm/big-O gotcha questions.
Having progressed into the final offer stages they had me travel to their office and meet with the various teams for a day (much of this was non-technical, but some of it was).

I don't want to divulge too much about the code homework, but it involved building a decision tree classification pipeline for tagging raw, unqualified input (which I also had to parse reliably).

I was contacted by the talent manager of COTA in LinkedIn and got really intrigued once I learned about their mission and vision. Then I was scheduled to have a phone call with the company's VP of engineering. The phone call was primarily a conversation rather than an Interview. He wanted to get some insight about my background and also tried to explain what they were upto at COTA from a technical point of view. This phone call was followed by an onsite meeting with the team. This session involved a technical deep dive on what I have been doing in my previous roles, I remember using the white board to describe a system I have architected recently. They also very openly discussed all the technical details and challenges they have been working on and wanted to give me an insight on how my background will fit in. The whole session lasted for an hour or so. After the session the talent manager came in and infromed that the meeting went pretty well and the team felt really positive about me but also mentioned the CTO or some other senior technical staff will talk to me sometime later and then they will take the final decision. As she said, two days after my onsite I was asked to hop on a phone call with the VP of engineering (same guy I talked before the onsite) and the architect of the team I will be working with. These final calls were mostly a recap of what we already discussed during the initial phone call and during the onsite. I was extended an offer within a day after this final call.
