They like to meet interns at intern- and job-fairs but only accept applications online for open positions. If selected, they will ask you to meet for an on campus interview. After that, if you move on to the next round, depending on the department, you may have 1-3 more interviews at the HQ. Also depending on the department, these final interviews can be one on one or panel style.

The 1st Round was a pre-recoded video interview with several prompts and multiple attempts. The 2nd round was with the Hiring Manager and the 3rd round was with the team.

Tell me about yourself. What interested you in this position?
I met them at a fair at my school, within a week they emailed me and set up an interview. It was a three-person panel for the interview. It was my first time interviewing so I was a bit nervous. Even though I didn't get the position, I learned what to do next time.
