Interview with manager, then interview with manager and area manager together. Both interviews were comfortable. The hiring process continues while you get licensed, then it becomes official, and then you have to meet benchmarks to continue.

The interview was very simple and informal. We first went out for lunch, met with the agency manager and discussed my experience, sales numbers, and the basics. Got an offer within a day or two after that.
