Entrevista
Interview was based mostly on resume. Also sector specific and general questions on prospects of Indian economy were asked. 1st test was written. Later, one on one with the Director. Selection was purely based on talent.
There were multiple interviews rounds with stakeholders across team members, the HR also takes a round for culture fitment. Additionally, there was a psychometric test and general aptitude test which they honestly forgot about and made me do after I had accepted the offer.

It involves 4 rounds starting with aptitude and then two technical rounds with involved core structed finance questions, testing your basic to the deepest and then last round was HR which was all on personality and Situations.
