I was interviewed on the phone by a recruiter and then met my supervisor a few days later. We talked for a few minutes and submitted my paperwork and the whole process took about 2 weeks.

Easy and conversational. They wanted to know why I would like to work there and my customer and about what experience in customer service I had previously. The interviewer was very friendly. I had one brief phone interview and then an in person interview with my future manager.
