Entrevista
They ask simple questions about job history and driving record. It's all over the phone. It probably took 30 minutes.
Then after everything was processed, they scheduled a flight to the terminal for orientation and gave me an advance for food and whatnot.
I met my recruiter and driver manager, signed papers.

Entrevista
Very polite and professional. They thoroughly explained of the details on for being a professional driving for CRST. They are a great start a company for anyone looking to be a professional truck driver and I would highly recommend it to anybody who is seriously looking to drive professionally.

Wanted to know how much driving experience I had and what endorsements abtained through DMV . Also could pass or have an current DOT physical and no mire than two preventable accidents within the last 3 years and varafiable driving history.

Entrevista
While in orientation after completing and passing training, you fill out paperwork and HR processes it. Then HR contacts you and asks if any other information needs to be added or any corrections need to be made. Then if all information has been verified and meets there requirements your offered a job and sign the 10 month comtract.
