I was hired on as a subcontractor. The job listing did not include the company name. I then had a phone conversation with the recruiter who then set up an interview at the local CSC office.
The interview itself consisted of general personality questions, a role play of a customer problem scenario, and a relatively simple technical test to verify computer knowledge.

They presented the following scenario: a customer calls and reports that they had gone to lunch and the internet wasn't working when they returned. I was then required to go through the troubleshooting steps to determine that the user's modem had failed.

Was a super easy hiring process. if you know your stuff about customer service your in.
Recuruiting will call and go over what you need to say and how to dress, yes some people have no idea how to present themselves for an interview.

Entrevista
I interviewed with a Supervisor at CSC, John Baker Jr and the interaction with him was very positive. Walking through the call center was a little depressing, because no one in the place seemed happy and John even described a couple of CSRs who had outbursts on the phone. They had hired some less than desirable people in previous training classes. He was very upbeat and friendly. He was impressed with my background and let me know immediately that he was going to let the agency know that he wanted to bring me on board.

Phone Call with focus on current role and what future opportunity would look like.
Slightly hard to hear and understand interviewer. Felt more like the interviewer needed to reach a quota for speaking to potential candidates.
