It was very casual. Their staff is very small so all three of the employees met with me at once, sitting around their conference table. The interview was more of an informal conversation getting to know one another than it was them asking me very specific questions, like on a test, and then me giving answers. Because it's such a small staff, I think a big priority for them is finding someone who will fit in well and who would be enjoyable to work with.
