I applied online & less than a week later I was called & emailed about an interview. It was scheduled for the next day. I went in & spoke with a gentleman and young lady in HR. We laughed & had casual conversation. Interview went well explained job, benefits, shift, and pay. They said they have others to interview and I would know by next week either way.
Standard interview. Spoke about healthcare interest. Calm vibe. The interview lasted about 30 minutes and was conversational. Niceties were exchanged. I liked the feel. test test test test test test test

They asked me questions about my resume, common questions about phlebotomy . Mostly wanted to know my schedule availability was open about issues within the workplace already. Walked me through a day with them mentioned I’d be low staffed at times

It was a fast interview, max 30 mins, and pretty simple and average questions,such as tell me about yourself, tell me about a stressful situation, and questions of that nature.
