Brief interview about 20-30 minutes. I applied online and heard from them about 1 month later. My interviewer was the hiring manager, he gave me a tour of the company then we went back to his office and had a talk about the company, pay, and my previous experience. After the interview he told me to expect a call in two days, and I did. They offered me $14 an hour.
Standard interview. Spoke about healthcare interest. Calm vibe. The interview lasted about 30 minutes and was conversational. Niceties were exchanged. I liked the feel. test test test test test test test

They asked me questions about my resume, common questions about phlebotomy . Mostly wanted to know my schedule availability was open about issues within the workplace already. Walked me through a day with them mentioned I’d be low staffed at times
