Interview went very well, he was very understanding and open. Two way interview didnt feel drilled. Didnt get the job because of my availability. He wanted somebody with a open availability. Other then that , the job was mine lol. Just be yourself.
Fast process nothing to crazy got the job emailed did all the paperwork and then I stared the next week. Easy but horrible work environment very hostile but if you need a job go for it

One-on-one interview with the location manager was super smooth. Simple questions about experience and availability. You can tell they are looking for responsible, reliable employees that will treat all donors with respect and kindness.
A set of situational scenarios, a lot of "tell me about a time" or "what would you do if?" Interview was over the phone as it was in the beginning of 2021.
