Entrevista
It starts with a preliminary video interview via Microsoft Teams. Then you'll be asked to do a video interview in which you record yourself answering five different questions. The next step is an information session via Microsoft Teams, where multiple applicants view CSX employees describe the job duties, training procedures, safety and the company vision. And lastly is being contacted with a conditional letter of employment pending a background check, medical. and drug tests.

It’s all online. You record yourself answering couple questions and that’s it. Minimal human interaction. I believe it was only 5 questions or so and you have a time limit to answer

The interview was online, and only involved recording video answers to what you would do in specific scenarios, or times in the past when you worked safely. Things along those lines.

it was simple and fast. they ask you straight forward questions. each question pertains to the job and how you would handle it. they are just making sure you are serious about the job.
