I applied online and they got back to me very shortly. I was then called into an interview and got a call back later that day supposedly meaning that I have made it to the next interview but I was at work and couldn’t pick it up. I called and left a message and is waiting for a call back.

It was a 3 part interview process. The first interview was with one person who explained the job responsibilities and explained the process. The second part of the interview was a shadow day where interviewees were able to observe a team member during the full work day. Due to a training session within the company, the second part of the interview was slightly changed and instead of shadowing someone within the company, the interviewees met the team and then had a meeting with the president of the company who explained (in great detail) the job and its responsibilities as well as answering all of our questions. The third part of the interview process was a meeting with the president where any lingering questions were answered. Overall, a great interview experience. The company is very transparent and makes sure that you have all the information you need to decide whether you would like to work there or not.
