I was contacted for a recruiter screen, which was a zoom call. Recruiter didn’t show up for almost 10 minutes, when she did finally log in she complained her computer/camera weren’t working and she seemed really unsure on anything about the job. Despite the terrible screen, I still followed up about next steps or just a rejection and the recruiter never responded. Just unprofessional on so many levels. This job market is hard enough without recruiters completely wasting our time like that.
