You apply online and wait for a call back and if you pass the online aptitude test you will then receive the call and interview. Once interviewed you will then wait to receive an offer letter based on your salary requirement. Then there are a total of 5 different training programs you must go through including various training classes and "on the job" trainings you must attend before you begin work as a technician.

For my interview it was a phone interview only. The manager asked very simple questions. Their main concern was if I could do basic math and even asked me a couple questions on the spot.

it wasnt bad they just asked really basic questions. I got hired on the spot, do not stress guys. it was very straight forward and easy. take your resume just in case. good luck guys
Quick few questions asked over by the water bottle section in the CVS, got the job in one 15 min interview, questions were behavioral and about availability. They give preference to students in pharmacy school.
