1 x 45 minute interview and short tour around the building,
if shortlisted, this was followed by:
3 x 15 min tests (written, grammar and roleplay)
Both times ended up lasting around an hour

Written test asked to write emails replies to example queires from the public
Roleplay was answering pretend phone calls using a similar sheet to written test. 15 mins was given to read through before having to answer questions on the spot.
