I received a phone call around supper time from the VP. She described the portfolio. The next week she flew me to Jacksonville. We instantly got along. She was very kind, knowledgeable and over worked. The interview process was very informal.

Entrevista
I got a call from the Florida office and the Washington office, both ladies where professional and informal which is a plus. Then there was an in person interview, very laid back but still professional. Ask good questions, but not the dreaded question (what is your weakness)

Entrevista
Filled out company application and meet with supervisor. We talked about my experience and my past employment. Needed to be specific regarding what companies I had worked with and what problems I might have encountered at those companies.
