Brief talk over the phone and then a job offer. The company proceeded to send me various contracts to fill out and set up a background and drug screening. After I had passed those they asked me to move to Florida at my expense.

I got a call from the Florida office and the Washington office, both ladies where professional and informal which is a plus. Then there was an in person interview, very laid back but still professional. Ask good questions, but not the dreaded question (what is your weakness)
