Interview was via Zoom/Teams with a panel of 3 current employees. Each took it in turns to ask a selection of questions to determine my suitability for the job. After the interview there are some standard HR questions (right to work in the UK, criminal record, etc). You receive a phone call within a day or so from one of the interviewers to inform you whether you got the job or not
