At first the interview questions were standard questions but the panel interview was unexpected and I was not told that there would be three people interviewing me. They took me through my resume and then started to pick at it. The questions turned into stupid things like questioning me about how I sell, what methods I use, how many times I follow up, what do I do to make a sale, how do I report things, how do I write reports, what format do I use, etc. The questions were so degrading. They were sitting in front of me with their laptops open and they were typing and looking at each other. I was so degraded and they admitted that there was only one vertical for the territory that was open, and the job became even smaller than it sounded on the phone. At the end one guy admitted that there was no job and were not sure if they were going to keep the department open. I think someone was getting fired.
