I didn't go further in the process but as a first thing, instead of speaking to me, they upfront asked me to submit a detailed and technical assignment. It seemed like they would use my work. I would have appreciated a first call before asking candidates to submit detailed assignments. Didn't like the process so I didn't continue. I also read other reviews and felt that the company culture wouldn't be a great fit for me.
