They are very kind and pleasant to talk with.

Beginning in your high school years, through university and into your career, what have you done that you consider exceptional?
Why do you want to work for Canonical?
How are you involved in Open Source software (did you even contributed)?
What are your strengths as a software engineer?
Looks like you have been able to gather broad experiences in programming languages - how good would you rate your skills especially in Python and Go?
8 stages for a non c suite role seemed really outrageous, and I highlighted the company culture negatively from the start and some of the stages seemed irrelevant for the role.
Candidatei-me de outra forma. O processo levou 2 meses. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Canonical.
Entrevista
Muy largo y tedioso. Al final te piden algo que pueden ser 3 o 4 horas de tu vida para filtrar pero el feedback que te dan es bastante random. Porque lo revisa otra persona y no la que te hace la entrevista
it was ok, essay, recruiter call, 5 interviews and 2 hacker rank assesments. not biased but felt like interviewer was reading off a word doc 0 emotion. other than that i dont know what the hacker rank was for.. completely unrelated enginering questions than the job description of course.
