The process is extremely long and felt like they might just end up wasting my time. The first step is a very long written interview, which ends up being an hybrid between a technical interview, an HR and soft skill interview and a presentation letter. They say they do this to get an unbiased evaluation from multiple people on their team, which sounds cool on paper but ends up being excruciating in real life. And that is just the first step. After that, you need to take a cognitive/attitude standardized test, which results are never disclosed (feels very sketchy). Up to this point you did not spoke to any person face to face yet, which feels just insane to me. After the cognitive test the technical tests and normal round of interviews start... It is a complete waste of time, since you might end up not getting an offer. It is completely disrespectful of the candidate time and life. I participated in two processes over a couple of years, the second time I just ghosted them on the initial written interview, it just felt overwhelming to write that document while working a full-time job.

I understand they are looking for a very specific type of profile. It's just not for me and after a long form with 30+ questions, some of then about my teenage years hobbies or my grades in school, and a intelligence tests consisting on sesame street knowledge like "Peter is taller than Jenny. Who is shorter?" i just withdraw, if that is the respect they have for candidate time i am not a good fit for their culture.
Long process, took a lot of time to complete so-called "written interview", talking about your academic performance during high school and college, which is hated by most people.
Interviewers are kind, however, it sucks when the interview process takes you 40+ days to get a rejection email.

Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Canonical (Adelaide).

It was lengthy. There is the well-known written interview, followed by a basic programming test. Lots and lots of Google Meet interviews. Many of the interviewers asked the same questions. A panel interview would have been a lot better.
