The process was insultingly long and tedious, it seemed like it was build to filter out candidates that are either not desperate enough or not hardcore fans of the company.
The process starts with a written interview of 30-40 open ended questions, you are expected to write elaborate answers to all of these. The resulting essay will be around 10->20 pages long.
The process continues with an IQ and personality test, canonical puts emphasis on the importance of the results of this test for the hiring decision.
After those tasks, I was assigned a take-home programming task, which consisted of programming, testing, deploying and hosting a backend service. Canonical should later ne able test the deployed service as part of the assignment.
I canceled my application at this point, several weeks into the process, without ever speaking to a human. After those tasks, the interview process would have included several technical and non-technical interviews with managers, peers and - as I've been told - the CEO.

I understand they are looking for a very specific type of profile. It's just not for me and after a long form with 30+ questions, some of then about my teenage years hobbies or my grades in school, and a intelligence tests consisting on sesame street knowledge like "Peter is taller than Jenny. Who is shorter?" i just withdraw, if that is the respect they have for candidate time i am not a good fit for their culture.
Long process, took a lot of time to complete so-called "written interview", talking about your academic performance during high school and college, which is hated by most people.
Interviewers are kind, however, it sucks when the interview process takes you 40+ days to get a rejection email.

It was lengthy. There is the well-known written interview, followed by a basic programming test. Lots and lots of Google Meet interviews. Many of the interviewers asked the same questions. A panel interview would have been a lot better.
