The interview process is consists of 4 face to face round of interviews with each step going through the management chain. One of the most tedious and not the most efficient use of time. Their HR team consists of the most clueless personnel they could find, they are unable to see the value behind every individual, instead insist on matching exactly the requirements given to them by the recruiting department. 1st interview via phone (HR intern). 2nd interview is 1:1 (HR intern). 3rd interview is group panel (with recruiting department's heads). 4th interview is 1:1 (regional leader). I would advise anyone to stay away from this company at all cost. The relevant department doesn't even get involved into the process until the 2nd or 3rd round of interview. Don't waste time seeing the HR interns who just randomly call candidates in to show to their boss they are "working".

I applied online and one of the recruiters at Capco reached out to get some basic information regarding RTW and salary expectations. Then he sent an email to schedule an initial screening call. Once that was done, I progressed to the next stage which was a virtual interview with a Principal Consultant, exploring my prior experience and motivations. That went very well and I received an email within a couple of hours after the interview to schedule the next stage which was a virtual case study interview. This was with a Managing Principal, a client scenario was presented and the objective is to create a few slides regarding the scenario and how you would approach it then present back to the interviewer. The interviewer will ask you questions about your approach/solution presented. It took around a week for the recruiter to get back to me and say I had progressed to the final stage which is an in person meeting with the Partner. This was more of a conversation regarding my background and how I would fit within the team. That also went quite well, it was more of a conversation than a formal interview and I received a call from the recruiter later that day that the Partner wants to proceed with an offer.
