Honestly are there any minimum protocols been set for hiring process in Capgemini? I had the worst experience , which was quiet shocking . Such a reputed company and with literally no protocols been followed for hiring any candidate. I was communicated for a position through company HR , I gave the interview through telephone .. Again someone from HR team calls and I was asked to give interview again (first round again) . This actually repeated for like 4 times in a single week . I actually have like 14 rounds of interview .After nearly one month , I get a call saying I have been shortlisted for Client round . Now this person tells me someone will call to my number and take up the client round .. I didn’t get any call ,now when I called back that HR, she has BLOCKED ME !! Like why?? You ask us to wait for calls and never respond us back if I don’t get any call back . Please , don’t play with candidates career, it costs us a lot . Do the right hiring ,intimate the results positive/negative ..Don’t play like this .

It was a F2F interview, we were given a multiple choice questions to answer and then the technical round started. Technical round was a bit difficult because they focused more on java related questions
