Entrevista
I received an initial HR screening call. The conversation was pleasant, and it gave me a clear understanding of what Capgemini was looking for in a candidate.
Next, I was asked to complete a set of online technical assessments. The questions were well-structured and relevant to the role I had applied for. The technical interviews that followed were conducted via video calls. The interviewers were highly knowledgeable and approachable. They tested my technical skills thoroughly and also assessed my problem-solving abilities with real-world scenarios.
After successfully clearing the technical interviews, I cleared english pro test.
Then I was asked to submit the necessary documents for background verification. This was followed by a discussion about the compensation package and benefits, which were explained in detail.
Finally, I received a formal offer of employment and went through the onboarding process smoothly. The entire experience was professional, transparent, and well-organized. The recruitment team was always available to address any queries or concerns I had.
Overall, I am thrilled to be a part of Capgemini and look forward to contributing to the organization.

The hiring process involved three rounds of interviews followed by an HR discussion. All interview rounds included a balanced mix of technical, functional, and behavioural questions. Interviewers were professional and focused on understanding both domain expertise and practical experience through real-life scenarios and project discussions. Each round lasted around 35–45 minutes. The final HR discussion covered compensation, benefits, notice period, and next steps in the hiring process. Overall, the process was structured, thorough, and transparent.

The interview process was very smooth and well-organized. The entire process took around 2–3 weeks, and the offer was released within that timeline. Throughout the process, clear and timely communication was maintained, which made the experience positive.
