Entrevista
Nach einer kurzen Vorstellung kamen einige klassische Bewerbungsfragen. In der Hälfte gab es dann eine Case Study mit Fokus auf Schätzungen. Man konnte sich im Gespräch Duzen. Leider war die Zeit für Fragen am Ende sehr kurz.
Did an assessment on both intelligence and soft skills. Followed by two different 2 interviews, first one as a general check of background and motivation, second one focussed on skills including a consulting case

similar questions, polite and easy to communicate
At first, HR told me there are 1 phone interview and 1 Teams interview. However, I had 3-rounds phone interviews.

Quick phone call with simple case study then case on site with final partner interview. Pretty standard process with nothing you wouldn't expect. Phone call for 15 minutes and the larger case was half a day
