Very personable people and very strong evaluation on culture fit. The questions were not your basic vanilla ones in terms of the behaviorals, so have a variety of stories prepared. Process goes as follows: Hirevue, HR, CAP manager, then the investment team Superday.

Entrevista
Interview process starts with a 30 minute HR phone screening. Then there are eight behavioral interviews that happen back to back. All interviews were very relaxed and had general questions.
