I applied online to the job posting and got a call back for a small phone interview. I got an in-person interview booked on this call. Then I had 2 interviews on different days, the first one was on my own experience with work and education, and details of the new job and the company. The second one was getting to know me, what I look for in a job, my overall work habits. I got hired a few days later. I had first hand training with the manager and learnt a lot on the job.

Entrevista
Multiple interview rounds. The role was supposed to be "Business Administration". However, the level of Excel proficiency tested was actually for "Business Analyst" position. The company was offering only $30,000 for this position. People who could answer the questions in the company's Excel test deserve to get paid much more than $30,000.

Entrevista
Quick and comfortable, the panel was very easy going and it felt more like a conversation then an interview. Did not ask basic interview questions but more about lifestyle and work culture.
