I was sought out by their HR team for an interview. After our interview, I was told they would schedule another one and reach out to me. After a week or so, I reached out to the person who interviewed me and didn't get a response from her until I reached out to the CEO. I understand choosing not to hire someone, but "ghosting" them isn't the most professional.

It was a very informal interview with the President and the CEO, and they asked about my experience in the field, as well as my responsibilities in my previous position. They also asked very relaxed questions about my hobbies, what kind of work culture I'd fit into, and what my long-term plans were moving forward in the field.
