Not a Trustworthy Company – Misleading Hiring Practices
I would strongly advise against investing your time in this company’s hiring process. Over the course of a year, they have repeatedly posted and removed job listings without any real intention of filling the positions. Instead, their process appears to be a way to collect ideas and solutions without compensating candidates.
My experience involved several months of engagement with their recruiter, who was initially responsive and moved me through multiple phases. However, after my interview with the hiring manager, it became clear that they never intended to hire anyone. In fact, they openly admitted that they lacked the budget for new hires.
The issue is not just with executive leadership. It is also with the individual contributors who knowingly play along with this deceptive process. They are fully aware of their roles in this exercise, participating in interviews and giving the false impression that the company is actively hiring. This is not just a failure of leadership. It is a culture-wide problem.
This company misleads candidates by creating the illusion of a structured, data-driven hiring process. In reality, they are using applicants to extract insights rather than genuinely seeking to fill positions. Proceed with caution and consider whether you want to invest your time in a company that does not operate with integrity.
