Cut throat. They seemed to try to find a way to disqualify as opposed to determine if you are qualified. I was overqualified for the position, but they seem to have had their mind made up that because I had been promoted from sales, I was scared of sales or no longer interested.
They assumed I had been burnt out of sales and would not accept otherwise. it was a two on one interview as well.

Applied online. Waited about 12-15 days for a response. Did an over the phone interview which led to an in office interview. Brief wait in the lobby. Brought into an office with a associate, asked basic questions and left.

Entrevista
I had a panel interview and it was very open, they where very easy to talk to and had a few situational questions. They showed me around the office and displayed each department.
