The worst ever process I have experienced. They posted the job offer in one of the well known job opening website. I got shortlisted and a recruitment partner reached out to me to schedule the L1 interview. After clearing the L1 the HR reached out to me for L2. Once they confirmed my availability they didn't reached back till the day prior to the slot they have shared with me for invite. When I reached them they told due to unavailability of recruitment manager they are scheduling it next week. I appeared for L2 and it went very well. I received very positive comments in the interview itself. Post that I was waiting for my results. They didn't reached back to me. When I tried connecting with the recruitment partner and HR they delayed the result mentioning they are yet to receive the feedback. Then they delayed for more than a week. When I again reached back they told the position is on hold and asked me to wait for some more time. Then after a week they again told me the entire recruitment drive was on hold. After couple of weeks when I checked them again they told the position is frozen and asked me to wait for it to resume. It's been a month and I didn't received any update on the feedback of L2 or any further process still. Only time they reached out to me was for notifying me on getting shortlisted, scheduling invite and clearing L1. Not even a proper communication on the status of job opening l. Each time when I call them they keep on telling something new. The worst ever recruitment process I have experienced.
