Interviewed with 4 people. Each person had 30 minutes. When their time was up they abruptly stopped the interview (even when the conversation was flowing nicely). After the interview with the manager, I wanted to leave. She went on and on about the culture. Made it very clear that if you did not fit, you would not get an offer. Would be interesting to know the statistics on how many older people they hire......
First round- phone call with a recruiter. It was fairly simple, asking why you are interested in the company and the role. Then asked about background, prior work experiences, and connection to Carta

Entrevista
The entire process took 10 BD, from applying to receiving an offer.
The recruiter was extremely responsive and helpful, the interviews were relevant to the role and its responsibilities, and the interviewers were attentive and kind.
One technical, one culture, and one client service oriented interview. Three total, back-to-back virtual calls. They want you to demonstrate technical expertise and strong communication skills.
They took a week to review candidates and reached out within a couple of days with a formal offer once their decision was made. Excellent process overall.

[Technical] How would you explain the components of a financial statement to someone who is unfamiliar with them?
Straight forward phone screenings, easy interviews. No real technical questions until later rounds where there was a short technical assessment to be completed and then a interview going over the assignment in depth
