Case study, missing boxes in an urgent shipment, what would you do?

- Insure the customer that we are looking into it and giving them the option to either ship a new box or wait while we find out what happened - Find out the nature of the missing box - Order to ship a new batch - Find out the last scan location and reach out to personel in charge

First action is to identify if can be provided other part number to apply the missing box and provide the delivery. Then open a process with the transport Co. to locate box and if it is not located need to request reimbursement.
