The interviewers asked detailed and challenging questions about my experience. They were friendly and courteous. There were three rounds, one with HR, one with direct managers and the other with the CSO.

Exchange of emails to arrange a 45 minute Skype interview. Spoke to two staff members who told me a bit about the company and role and asked about my background and technical knowledge.

The company is expanding and there seemed to be confusion and/or a disorganized hiring process. The interviewing process was long, and to date, with no reply from the company.
