First they gave me a great, in-depth job description of what I was actually applying for, and after we reviewed my relevant work history. The interview was really laid back and fun! They asked me scenario questions and it ended with a quiz where they asked about facility and professional claim forms.

By far the most disorganized interview process I've ever seen. I had an interview with the recruiter who told me I'd have a response by the end of the week. Two weeks pass just for her to tell me to apply again to be interviewed by leadership. The next day she tells me due to candidate overflow I can't reapply anyway. Which makes no sense on why I had to reapply in the first place. Just be warned they are very disorganized and have no idea what they are doing.
