I had a preliminary call, an assignment that had three different tasks that required prettt different skills sets, and two rounds of interviews. The first one lasted for a hour and the second lasted for 1.5 hours. After this, I didn't hear back for two weeks. Once I followed up, I got a generic rejection email stating that I wasn't a good overall fit. I completely understand that my profile might not have been what they were looking for, but why did it take 3 complete rounds to determine that? I asked for feedback as I had completed as many rounds. I was told I will be sent said feedback, but it never came my way. From what I could gauge from the type of profiles they hire on LinkedIn, I think they prefer candidates with international degrees and prior exposure to the TFI/YIF fellowships. I'd recommend that you don't apply unless you have exactly relevant experience or an international degree. If you have experience in other aspects of the education sector (that are not CSF's focus areas) but the willingness to learn/grow, you're unlikely to get an offer.

Had two rounds after the HR screening, first was mostly around motivation and the second mostly had an education governance case. The process moved quickly however I was informed after the final round that hiring was put on hold for the role.
