The interview process was very opaque with no clarity on movement of application. The HR did not respond and was very unprofessional when reached out regarding updates. After multiple lengthy assignments and interviews, ghosting is not something expected from a recruiter

Online, video based and psychometric eval, followed by case study, L2 interview and then HR. It is a long process, takes about 3 weeks. In the technical interview your depth of skills are tested. The earlier interviews are to check culture and organisation fit.

The communication during the hiring process is quite delayed. You have to constantly reach out to HR to seek results of the first round and later reach out to schedule the next one. No Feedback provided. After talking to several people, nobody understood why they were rejected during the interviews.
