Process took about 4 weeks total. Applied and received a call for an interview right away. Virtual interview due to COVID-19 restrictions.
I was interviewed by a panel of people (5-6 people) with scripted questions like "Tell us about your experience" and "What can you bring to this position". It did not feel warm or like they were trying to get to know me at all, definitely felt more like interrogation. I was offered to ask questions. I asked about the compensation and no one would answer. One of the members sent me an email with the salary and nothing else. They said they will not discuss it. I already had 3 years of experience in a similar position, so was not impressed by that.
Received a call for a job offer 3 weeks later (which is why I say this was a 4 week process). I took another position and did not accept. They did not even mention compensation in the job offer either.
Overall got the impression that there would be a lot expected of me as a social worker with little support and poor communication from supervisors.
