They are not Professionals. Very immature interview group. Believes in sounding their own trumpet. Not worth the salt. If only they have the right talent and professionals on the roll - they are desperate to have good people which is not coming because of poor reputation in the market.

Fell at the fourth hurdle. The first three interviews were very professional. The fourth interviewer was just rude, eating during the interview (it was on Teams) and looking at another screen while I was answering questions. How he got to be so high up in HR is beyond me.
