All of my communication/scheduling was done through the HR coordinator. I first did a phone screening with her, then a video interview (Microsoft Teams) with the hiring manager the next day. This was followed by two more video interviews the next week: one with two senior team members, and the final interview with the director. In addition, I was asked to complete a personality test and a skill-based activity.
