The hiring manager asked great questions that really helped me evaluate myself and my skills while delivering the information she needed. My interview with my supervisor was professional but also warm and friendly. I never felt intimidated and could tell that there was a great team vibe with the company.

During the interview, I met with three people, including the recruiter. Everyone was welcoming, professional, and genuinely interested in getting to know me. I felt like they took the time to understand my background and skills, which made me feel valued as a candidate. The background check was thorough, and it was completed prior to receiving an offer. This seemed unusual to me initially, but given the time constraints around the holidays and the expected start date, I understood the reasoning.
