Upon arrival I was asked to wait in the front lobby. Then escorted to the conference/break room. Then escorted to the much nicer upstairs conference room. I was interviewed by the project manager. She had the only other person in the 3D department join to ask a few questions. Then the owner stopped in for a few casual questions. Received an offer a few days later. At the time I wished I counter offered. They will go low.
